the facial bar CONCEPT:

The Facial Bar offers a modern twist on the classic facial at half the time and a quarter of the price. Our causal environment offers a friendly, fun and social setting without the hassle of undressing. In thirty minutes, you will look and feel as if you have been at the spa all day. 

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy & Late Arrival:

Please respect our time and provide us with at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, this affects our team and appointments that we have booked later in the day. There is a chance that we will have to reschedule your appointment due to other booked appointments.

Cancellation/ Reschedule/ No Show Policy:

We require clients to keep a credit or debit card on file when booking an appointment online or over the phone. Your card will not be charged when booking an appointment, however, if you are a No Show or Cancel or Reschedule your Appointment less than 24 hours prior, we will charge your card a fee. Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior, you will be charged 100% of your services booked.  No Shows: If you do not show up to your appointment, your card on file will be charged 100% of services booked. 

Lash Extension Policy:

-If you experience a significant amount of loss within 5 days of your fullest or fill please call the facial bar for assistance with in those 5 days.

- If you experience a significant amount of loss within 7 days of a full set or fill please call to book a a normal lash fill. No extra cost will be applied to this appointment and we will block off extra time if needed

- Lash retention is based off of a number of factors such as, cleansing your extensions daily and avoiding oil-based products around your eyes is crucial to maintain good retention. Your lash artist is more than happy to go over lash care and concerns with you.

- Fills should be every 2 to 3 weeks and vary for each client. Going over 3 weeks can result in more than 50% of loss and a fee will be applied day of your fill to accommodate product use. 

CHECK-IN:

For your first visit, we ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment, to complete a "New Client" form as well as a personal consultation. 

Promotions:

All promotions have an expiration date, if you are booking an appointment that has a current promotion, the service must be performed before the expiration date.

MEDICAL CONCERNS:

 As licensed professional Estheticians, we have the ability to service all skincare needs. However, if you feel you have a skincare concern and prefer to speak with an Esthetician prior to booking your appointment, please call our spa at (224) 678-9336 to discuss your concerns further

Lash Extension/Lash Lift Prep:

We ask that you please do not wear mascara/ eye makeup to your appointment. If you do wear mascara, you will be charged $10 for a lash bath/ mascara/ eye makeup removal.
